The Accelerator Centre (AC) helps entrepreneurs move from start-up to scale-up, speed up their time to market, attract customers, raise investments and earn more money.
Business Improvement Areas

The City of Cambridge helps to organize, finance, improve and promote businesses within our three Business Improvement Areas (BIAs). City Council passes by-laws to designate these areas. As part of an overall plan to attract more business to these areas, the City works with the BIAs to complete a number of streetscaping and improvement projects.

The Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC) is a non-profit organization helping manufacturers grow and become more competitive locally and globally.
Golden Triangle Angel Network
The Golden Triangle Angel Network (GTAN) is a member-based organization that provides funding companies in the early stages of growth. GTAN connects investors with these companies and provides support through developing best practices for due diligence, investing and ongoing mentoring.

The Waterloo Commercialization Office (WatCo) offers commercialization services and expertise to help the University of Waterloo research community transform innovations into commercial products and services.
Waterloo Region Economic Development Corporation

The Waterloo EDC is a not-for-profit organization that partners with the cities of Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo, and the townships of Woolwich, Wellesley, Wilmot and North Dumfries, to market the Region of Waterloo internationally. The Waterloo EDC also puts the Waterloo Region Economic Development Strategy into action.
